Our backboards are constructed of ¾" AC grade interior plywood and painted with gray fire retardant intumescent paint. There are many size configurations available and each board has pre-drilled mounting holes. An outside testing facility subjected our boards to a flame spread and smoke development burn test, per ASTM E84, and rated our boards to be Class A compliant.
